Distribution & Delivery Operations Coordinator @ Joe Hand Promotions

Position Summary
The Distribution & Delivery Operations Coordinator is a key member of the Distribution & Delivery Operations team and supports the successful execution of all event logistics. This role ensures events run smoothly from planning through completion by coordinating signal distribution, documentation, reporting, and internal communication.

Key Responsibilities
Event Logistics & Coordination
  • Coordinate distribution of event materials (signal coverage, promotional assets, technical instructions) to venues nationwide
  • Track active locations, cancellations, signal coverage, and event data in internal systems.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues with content and signal providers before and during live events.
  • Manage broadcast documentation and permissions (DTV authorization, streaming credentials, DISH communication)
  • Monitor live event activity and escalate issues to maintain uninterrupted service.
Administrative & Operational Support
  • Maintain the master event calendar and Distribution & Delivery Operations schedule.
  • Prepare post-event reports and performance summaries.
  • Process departmental expenses, streaming reports, and vendor invoices
  • Maintain organized digital records for audits, compliance, and internal review.
Communication & Vendor Coordination
  • Act as a primary point of contact for signal providers, content partners, and vendors
  • Manage UPS shipping logistics for promotional materials and internal shipments.
  • Coordinate communication with Sales, Finance, Technical Support, and external partners
  • Assist in resolving operational issues and escalated customer concerns.

Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of B2B sales (a plus if you have sports industry experience!)
  • A BA degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field
  • Knowledge of the TV, cable, satellite, and streaming industry
  • Knowledge of the hospitality or bar industry
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work periodic Saturdays in support of scheduled events.
  • Exceptional phone, written, and verbal skills.
  • Salesforce experience
  • A passion for sports and entertainment
